Executive Leadership Coaching

You are leading.
Who is holding you?

One-to-one coaching for healthcare executives, CNOs, nurse leaders, and philanthropy leaders who are carrying more than anyone has asked about.

The work

Leadership, clarity, resilience — and a way of performing you can sustain.

An executive buys outcomes. Kathleen coaches for leadership, clarity, resilience, self-awareness, purpose, compassion, and sustainable performance. The framework is hers; the contents are yours. Practices are built for the actual shape of your week — not the one you wish you had.

She brings a rare triad: former PICU nurse, healthcare philanthropy executive, Certified Nurse Life Coach. The translation between those rooms is where the work lives.

Kathleen Patrick
1:1 structure

A held partnership,
not a program.

  • A 90-minute foundation session to map where you are and where you want to be
  • Biweekly 60-minute coaching sessions via video or phone
  • Between-session support for the moments that cannot wait
  • A personalized practice design, revised each month
  • A gentle closing session to consolidate what you've built

Engagements are typically three or six months. Investment is discussed on the conversation — not because it is a secret, but because it deserves context. Employer-sponsored coaching is welcomed.

Cohorts

When the work is better
in a room.

Nurses

Nurses at the Edge

A small circle for bedside clinicians and nurse leaders holding too much. Intimate by design. Sliding-scale seats are reserved each quarter for bedside nurses who need them.

Philanthropy

Grace for the Giver

For development professionals and major-gift officers. The emotional labor of the ask, held with people who already know it. Also linked from foundation work.

Questions

Things executives often ask

Is this therapy?

No. Coaching is future-focused, goal-oriented work. It is distinct from therapy, which is the right choice for many people — and sometimes the two work alongside each other. If our conversation surfaces something that needs a therapist, I will say so.

How is this different from executive coaching that isn't clinical?

Most executive coaching never stood in a PICU, never sat with a family after a loss, never built a grateful-patient program. Kathleen's clinical and philanthropic years are not a biography line. They are the method.

Can my organization sponsor this?

Yes. Employer-sponsored coaching is common with this buyer. I can provide the paperwork your HR or benefits team needs.

What does a typical engagement cost?

Fees vary by length and scope. A thirty-minute conversation is the right place to discuss investment — with context, not a rate card.

Do you work in person?

Most 1:1 work happens over video. In-person is available in greater Los Angeles by request, and for organizational engagements nationwide.
