Speaking

Thought leadership,
not a fourth pillar.

Kathleen speaks on gratitude, healthcare leadership, human connection, and worthiness — from the bedside and the foundation table.

Gratitude as a strategy for philanthropy

Why honoring gratitude before the ask changes donor relationships, physician engagement, and the culture of a foundation.

Healthcare leadership

What it costs to carry a hospital, a unit, or a campaign — and how leaders stay human inside the load.

Human connection

The PICU taught her that presence is a clinical skill. She brings that into rooms that have forgotten it.

Resilience

Not grit as a demand. Replenishment as a practice — especially for the people who cannot put the work down.

Worthiness

You don't become worthy. You remember that you are. The feeling, spoken without turning it into a slogan.
